Problem in Bangladesh
Bangladesh is a small country
faces many problems in modern era. The unemployment problem is the biggest and
worst problem among all problems of Bangladesh. Day’s are passing and the rate
of unemployment is increasing very rapidly. For this reason, nowadays
unemployment problem is considered as the largest trouble of this country and
the obstacle of total development. If the rate of unemployment problem
increases gradually, the overall development of this country won’t be raised
rapidly.
Every year a large number of
students complete their graduation from colleges and universities then start
seeking a job. Some of them can be able to manage a job but the maximum can’t make
a position in any job for the sake of poor number of job positions and
facilities. According to government’s sources, we have 22 million unemployed people
but experts say nearly forty percent of working force is unemployed.
In Bangladesh there are many
reasons behind this unemployment problem. Inadequate job sectors, poor
facilities in formal or private job, poor salaried system and little flow of
education system are the best reason behind this problem. Moreover, public
officers don’t get enough opportunities that they expect. On the other hand, we
don’t have much qualified people according to the requirement of a job sector.
In our education system we can see that we don’t have much practicing culture
here so that we can’t learn how to wok successfully in a workplace.
At present, the result of
unemployment problem turns into main anxious issue and indulges nation in
darkness. We can’t think about our country total development without solving
unemployment problem. Many acts against law like Crimes and social illegal
tasks rate is increasing for that its totally unexpected for any nation. Our
education system is also well and directly responsible for this problem.
There are many ways to eradicate
unemployment problem Bangladesh. Its true that only one percent people in Bangladesh
can get opportunity to do public job. Whatever in Bangladesh private job is so
risky , complicated , Insecure and lake of facilities like public job. But
everyone knows that the area of private sector is so large and have a big chance
to establish bright career. So our government should emphasis on private sector
and creates a lot of working opportunity in our country. On the other way, must change our education system and
lessen poverty. For ensure total development of our country, Government have to
take necessary steps shortly.
